Except where permitted or required by law, English Leasing Services will endeavor to obtain the consent of each individual and/or company providing personal information to English Leasing Services for the collection, use, or disclosure of such personal information by English Leasing Services.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages:

By providing your mobile number, you agree that English Leasing Services may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, service requests, and payment reminders.

· You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect on this change. 

· Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your name, your address, your email address, or your banking credentials, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you requested from us. 

· By subscribing or otherwise using this service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the server at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though English Leasing Services will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

English Leasing Services is a privately-owned and operated collection agency specializing in providing its clients with various debt collection services. English Leasing Services clients include companies that are in the practice of granting credit to their customers or have incurred expenses from business to business transaction. Therefore, English Leasing Services, owes a duty of care to its clients and, by extension, to our clients’ customers. The information to which English Leasing Services is granted access by its clients is of a highly confidential nature, as is the information that is acquired during the conduct of its business activities. For these reasons, English Leasing Services has developed and applied specific privacy and confidentiality policies in order to manage and safeguard this information.

Our Employees’ Responsibilities: 

Each of our employees is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information to which he/she is granted access.

· Will store all information in its care in a secured fashion, whether electronically or on paper. English Leasing Services will restrict access to those employees who specifically and lawfully require the information for the purpose of performing their duties;

· Will maintain personal information for as long as English Leasing Services, believes it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as required by applicable laws. English Leasing Services will proceed to securely dispose of any information that is no longer of value to English Leasing Services in the completion of its business activities;

· Will take all reasonable steps so that client/customer information is accurately maintained, complete, and up to date as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which this information is to be used;

· Will take reasonable measures to protect client/customer information by means of appropriate security safeguards as required by the sensitivity level of the information maintained;

· Will not sell any client/customer information;

· Will be receptive and open to client concerns regarding our policies and procedures that apply to the management of the client/customer information;

· Customers may, upon written request, have access to their personal information maintained by English Leasing Services. The written request must contain sufficient detail to enable English Leasing Services with reasonable effort, to identify the information for which the written request is made;

Terms and Conditions

· Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify: 

You verify that the mobile number provided to English Leasing Services is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber or owner of any telephone number that you provide. Should any of your contract information change, including ownership of your telephone numbers, you agree to immediately notify us before the change goes into effect by emailing us at Billing@EnglishLeasing.OnMicrosoft.com. 

· Your Consent to Receive Automated Calls/Texts:

You acknowledge that by voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies) from English Leasing Services concerning important information, updates, service requests, and payment reminders.

· Opt-Out Instructions: 

Your consent to receive automated texts is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time. To opt-out of text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from English Leasing Services, or email Billing@EnglishLeasing.OnMicrosoft.com and specify that you want to opt-out of text messages. You may also text HELP or email us at Billing@EnglishLeasing.OnMicrosoft.com for help. You acknowledge and agree to accept a final text message confirming your opt-out. 

· Indemnification to English Leasing Services:

You agree to indemnify English Leasing Services for any privacy, tort or other claims, including claims under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any state law equivalents, including claims relating to your voluntary provision of a telephone number that is not owned by you and/or your failure to notify English Leasing Services of any changes in your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold English Leasing Services harmless from and against any and all such claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).

· Participation Requirements: 

By participating in the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.

· Miscellaneous: 

You warrant and represent to English Leasing Services that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Service after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.
